2. How can I change or cancel my order?
If you want to change / cancel data or the product, please send us an email via info@proxident.eu we will contact you as soon as possible.
3. I have not received a confirmation email. What now?
Always check your spam folder / junk mail inbox. If the email is not there either, you can always email us so that we can still send it.n.
SHIPMENT
4. Do I have to pay shipping costs?
Orders from €20,00 will be shipped free of charge. Under this amount you pay 3,95 euro shipping costs.
5. How long does the shipment take?
Together with our team, we try to have all shipments within the Netherlands delivered the next working day. For Belgian, German and English customers a delivery time of 1 - 2 working days applies.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes, we can ship your order with a Track & Trace code if you indicate this during the checkout process. We will then send you a Track & Trace code by email so you can track your order.

7. How can I pay?
You can safely pay with iDeal, Klarna Pay Later, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Bancontact, Sofort Banking, Giropay, Sepa transfer, Apple pay and Google pay.
8. Is VAT included in the price??
Yes, VAT is automatically included with all products.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
9. Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?
Because we sell oral hygiene products, we are not allowed to accept used products back. After all, these are no longer suitable for resale. If it is a used product that you are not satisfied with, you may qualify for the "30 day money back condition".
10. How long will it take to get my money back?
If you are eligible for the money back guarantee, we will refund the amount within 5 working days of receipt of the product in the same manner of payment.
