If the Proxident toothpicks do not meet your expectations. It is a pity, but that can happen. Follow the steps below to return your product..
Step 1 Register a return
Register your return by sending an email to info@proxident.eu, including your name, order number and reason for return.
Step 2 Return
You can then return the return at your own expense to the sent address. We must have received the return within 30 days of the order date.n.
If your return is returned to us outside this period, we unfortunately cannot receive it.
PAY ATTENTION: Do not forget to enclose the packing slip you received from us with your return.
Step 3 Receive credit note
When we have received your return, we will send you a credit note by email. You can then expect the money within 5 working days on your account, credit card or PayPal account.
PAY ATTENTION:
Because it concerns oral hygiene products, we are not allowed to accept used products back. After all, these are no longer suitable for resale. If it concerns a used product that you are not satisfied with, you may be eligible for the "30 day money back condition".
