ART. 2 ORDERS AND COMMUNICATION
Our products are always properly packed and shipped. If the products are damaged or delayed by third parties, we are not responsible for this. Of course we try to help our customers at all times to solve the problem. Furthermore, we will ship a new product or refund the payment through our own fault.
ART. 3 DELIVERY AND COSTS
Our products are delivered within 1-7 working days provided there is no delay from the delivery services. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
ART. 4 DELIVERY PERIOD
We are always dependent on the parcel services and banks. Parcel services only deliver on working days with the exception on Saturdays. We aim to deliver all shipments within 1 to 3 business days. We pay attention to the approval regarding the payment..

ART. 6 COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be submitted to us by e-mail via info@proxident.eu. We try to respond within 14 days and find a solution.It is also possible to register complaints via the European ODR platform(http://ec.europa.eu/odr). We always advise our customers to first report a complaint to us in order to find a suitable solution.
ART. 7 RETURNS
After you have placed the order, you can always return it within 14 days of cancellation after receipt without giving any reason. The product must be unused and / or unopened. According to European laws and regulations, after the first 14 days notice period, you have the right to return the product within 14 days. Please note! The return costs are for your own account.
After receipt we will send another product or refund the payment including shipping. The refund will be processed within 14 days.
